The Chalet

Just a short walk from the Savoleyres lift station, Chalet Belle Claire is situated on a private road, offering the convenience of a prime Verbier location, combined with the privacy of an exclusive residence. Inside, the property is resolutely modern, however retains an authentic chalet flavour, thanks to the use of locally sourced natural materials, such  as substantial timbers and local mountain stone.

For relaxing, Chalet Belle Claire offers a magnificent indoor swimming pool, featuring an impressive glass window with uninterrupted views of the Alps. Indoor and outdoor private fitness zones, a sauna, massage room, spa level jacuzzi, and a Canadian cedar wood hot tub neighbouring a stone barbecue are also at the guests’ disposal.

The chalet has various other facilities for guests, which include a private cinema with ultra-comfortable velvet sofas, a games room with table football and darts, outdoor table tennis area, and an enormous terrace with breathtaking panoramic views and teak sun-beds, for relaxing on sunny days.

The Original Concept

Special Features

Chalet Belle Claire has an abundance of special features and has been designed with luxury living in mind.

The Original Concept

The original concept for Chalet Belle Claire was developed between 2006-2008, and led to innovative industrial designs. The fireplace chimney was specially designed for Chalet Belle Claire, composed of a massive concrete section suspended from the roof, with substantial horizontal and angular roof timbers incorporated for support, using original Valaisian methods.

The whole structure is covered in tinted magic mirror glass to highlight the neutral colours of the room and reflect the external views, which stretch 280 degrees from the east to the west and northwest, over Verbier and the surrounding Alps.

The Penthouse Master Suite with private terrace

The Penthouse Suite on the top floor is accessed by a private staircase, and features a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, a separate shower, and a private terrace. All bedrooms in the chalet have been designed using quality materials, they are all en suite, with complimentary luxury bath and beauty products.

Ambient lighting & air quality management system

The lighting throughout the property has been carefully curated, and incorporates a blend of Italian, Swiss, and Japanese design, to ensure a gentle mix of colour and light, creating a calming ambience. An air management system ensures that fresh hydrated air is continually exchanged, to avoid dryness often associated with properties at this altitude, and to encourage restful sleep.

Indoor living space opens onto outdoor terraces with an abundance of features

The entire living area floor seamlessly transfers into a large terrace, composed of decking and mountain stone, a BBQ with a rotisserie, landscaped alpine gardens, and Christmas trees. The Spa level gardens below are lined with Christmas trees, decorated with small sparkly white lights, creating a special atmosphere.

Designer indoor heated Swimming Pool and Spa with spectacular views

Chalet Belle Claire has a designer indoor infinity pool, which is continually refreshed using a Siemens filtration system, which avoids the use of chlorine and chemicals. Alongside the pool area is a sauna, as well as a massage therapy room, and an indoor gym. An outdoor fitness area is also available. These facilities feature a Concept 2 rower, Schwinn Spinner, TRX, and various other Technogym equipment.

Table football, darts, cinema and multimedia room for relaxing all year round

A games room with darts and table football leads guests to the cinema & multimedia room, which has a minibar, 4D projector system, PlayStation, Xbox, Apple TV, Netflix, and much more. Various board games are also available.

Automated Environmental Control Systems

Finally, each area of Chalet Belle Claire gives guests the ability to adjust the chalet environment to their tastes. Audio-visuals, shutters, heating and lighting are all easy to operate, allowing guests to modify the chalet to their own requirements.
